For 25 years we have worked with some of the best professional yacht racing teams and major Race Event organisers providing Risk Management and Insurance consulting services, looking after the boats and the people.
These include America's Cup, Volvo Ocean Race, Extreme Sailing Series, GC32s, IMOCA Open 60s, Oman Sail, MOD70s, Rapido, Ocean Globe Race 2023, Shackleton Epic Expedition and many more.
Our knowledge of professional racing team operations, logistics, construction, surveys, team member contracts, and sponsor requirements is unique and enables us to swiftly assimilate the needs of an organisation, and provide proactive advice based on this experience.
In addition if it all goes horribly wrong, we are on call 24/7 as part of your team to handle whatever the team is facing, and getting things fixed and the show back on the road.
In 2013 the Volvo Ocean Race organiser appointed QXI as the preferred provider of Risk & Insurance Solutions in the 2014-2015 race. We worked with all the teams prior to and throughout the event. In the 2017-2018 Edition of the race QXI was again appointed and the package and services were mandatory for all teams participating. In 2023 the event changed to The Ocean Race 2023 - where we again worked with several of the participating teams.
